In the Netstream Trust Center you will find all information about our certifications, security standards and data protection measures. As an ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified Swiss Cloudand streaming provider, we operate all services in Switzerland. Our Information SecurityagSystem (ISMS) is audited annually by an independent, accredited certification body.

Certifications & Standards
Certified since 2022 – without exclusions. All Cloudand streaming services, as well as all business areas, are covered. Compliance is audited annually by an independent, accredited certification body.
Our additional Swiss data center locations comply with ISO 27001, 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, EN 50600, PCI DSS and ISAE 3402 – from quality and energyagto credit card security and control ofagprocesses.
Your system data remains in Switzerland. We store and process it in our own data centers, on Swiss infrastructure and under Swiss law.
The label confirms: at least 60% Swiss value share, most important manufacturing process in Switzerland, company headquarters registered in the Swiss commercial register. Theagis the Trademark Protection Act (Art. 48–48d MSchG).
Security and quality are not promises – they are measurable. Netstream is certified according to international standards and carries recognized Swiss quality seals. Independent testing bodies regularly confirm that our processes, systems, and data centers meet the highest requirements.
ISO 27001:2022
We are ISO/IEC 27001 certified - and proud of it.
ISO/IEC 27001 is the leading international standard for Information SecurityagSystems (ISMS). Certification demonstrates that companies have an effective ISMS in place to protect information, data, and systems from unauthorized access. To obtain certification, an official auditing body reviews the company's existing conditions, processes, and documentation.
Information security is becoming an increasingly essential component of good corporate governance. An Information SecurityagSystem (ISMS) based on the international standard ISO/IEC 27001 provides a risk-based and cost-optimized foundation for meeting the ever-increasing demands on information security.
ISO/IEC 27001 promotes awareness that information must be protected as an asset (company-wide awareness training). It facilitates the identification and minimization of information security risks, ensuresagwith legal andagrequirements, and fosters trust in interactions with customers, public organizations, and in e-commerce.
An Information SecurityagSystem (ISMS) is the establishment of procedures and rules within an organization that serve to define, manageagcontrol, maintain and continuously improve information security.
The term is defined in the ISO/IEC 27002 standard.
Netstream had the entire organization (Netstream AG & Netstream Cloud AG), including its data centers, certified. No exclusions were made.
Netstream was first certified in March 2022.
Certification is sought for a period of three years. In the interest of continuous improvement, a maintenance audit is conducted annually, and a recertification audit takes place after three years.
For both our customers and us, handling sensitive data is an extremely important issue. This certification allows us to demonstrate to our customers beyond doubt that we comply with the relevant IT security standards and can support them as a competent partner.
