At the company's own site in Dübendorf, there are two independent and separate data centers on a total of 500 square meters.
With the data center, an availability is achieved, as one is used to from Tier 3 data centers, and this with a projected PUE level of 1.23.
Since 2018, Netstream's entire data center and office space have been powered 100% by solar energy. Should the power supply ever fail, a redundant uninterruptible power supply system (UPS) provides the necessary power. In case of emergency, an additional power generator acts as a redundantly operated emergency standby unit (NEA).
Highly sensitive aspirating smoke detectors detect even the smallest glow of electronic components and can thus be prevented at an early stage. In addition, an integrated fire control matrix was implemented to ensure safety even in the event of a fire.
These and many other measures enable the security of the Netstream Data Center.
