Subcontract Processing

A subprocessor is any contractor that processes personal data on behalf of the processor. This list identifies the providers we engage to deliver our services and who, in doing so, have access to data from our clients’ systems. The subprocessors used may vary depending on the specific composition of the service.
Service providers that we use for our own business operations—such as for accounting, communications, or customer service—are listed in our Privacy Policy.
- Cloudian, Inc. — Object storage for Cloud storage services. Software on our servers in Switzerland; vendor access granted only for support purposes after approval
- VMware by Broadcom — Virtualization and operation of the Cloud and server infrastructure. Software on our servers in Switzerland; vendor access is permitted only for support purposes after approval.
- Rubrik, Inc. — Backup and Data Recovery. Backups stored on our servers in Switzerland; vendor access granted only for support purposes after approval
- Acronis International GmbH — Backup and Endpoint Security. Backups are stored on our servers in Switzerland; vendor access is granted only for support purposes after approval.
- Scalstrm AB — Streaming platform component. Software hosted on our servers in Switzerland; vendor access is granted only for support purposes, upon approval.
- Functional Software, Inc. (Sentry) — Error and diagnostic messages for streaming services. Handled by the provider
