Netstream begins certification for ISO 27001

Netstream AG is launching a project for ISO 27001 certification. With this, we aim to offer our partners and customers a further advantage in the market and thus simplify the transition to the Cloud .

With our transformation into an aglearning organization last year, we already decided toagon a new path. Now, the new leadership model is demonstrating its strengths. By organizing into value-creating circles thatagend-to-end responsibility, decisions can be made where the expertise resides and where decisions are needed. Furthermore, this brings the individual circles closer to the market and allows them to adapt more responsively to dynamic conditions.

In various discussions with our partners, it quickly became clear that certification according to the ISO 27001 standard was a necessity. "It is important to us to understand the needs of our partners and to deliver genuine added value. Therefore, we decided to pursue certification according to ISO 27001:2013 and are now starting the implementation," said Reto Kasser, CTO of Netstream AG.

Before a decision could be made, however, we had to clarify whether our chosen organizational structure might pose an obstacle to certification. With the transformation to distributed leadership, we are advocating for a paradigm shift in business. Ultimately, it quickly became clear that market standards such as ISO certification could also be adapted to this innovative organizational structure.
