Netstream AG has established Netstream Immobilien AG and Netstream Cloud AG as new subsidiaries. Netstream AG holds a 100% stake in both companies. Theag in the commercial register in Zurich took place on July 21, 2020.
The establishment of Netstream Immobilien AG and Netstream Cloud AG was undertaken for transparency reasons, reflecting a focus on the core business of Cloudand streaming services. This ensures the necessary organizational Agand creates the entrepreneurial foundation toagquickly and flexibly to customer and market demands as a competent IT infrastructure provider. Furthermore, the new structure allows for the further expansion of individual business units.
Existing customer and supplier contracts will be transferred to the new companies over time. There will be noagchanges for the employees of Netstream AG .
