The first job interview
During the interview, we want to talk to you and get to know you as a person. We are very open and treat each other as equals. What does that mean? It shouldn't be a "sales pitch" from either side, but rather an honest and authentic exchange.
The first interview is usually conducted by your direct line manager and someone from HR. The goal of the interview is for us to determine if we, as a company, are a good fit for you as a person, and vice versa. So, feelagto challenge and ask us just as many questions as we'll likely ask you. We don't have a dress code – so come in clothes you feel comfortable in. We'll almost certainly be wearing jeans and sneakers ourselves (okay, our sales specialists might be more likely to wear a shirt and jeans :-)). Please note: We'd like to know your salary expectations in the first interview. Therefore, please prepare for thisag. We'll thenagyou whether they fit within our budget. However, a concrete offer will only be made in the second round of interviews.
Getting to know each other as a team and any necessary personality analysis
The team is a crucial factor in our process. If we both have a good feeling after the first interview, a second interview follows, in which you will get to know the team. For some specific roles, we also conduct a personality analysis, which is sent out after the first interview. Theagcan easily be completed online via a personal link. It's very important to note that there are no right or wrong answers to this analysis. Here, too, we simply want to learn more about you and your personality. After getting to know the team and any necessary assessment, the process is complete for most positions. Depending on the circumstances, a third interview may follow if someone else who wasn't present at the first or second interview would like to meet you

The agony of choice: The decision is usually not easy for us, as we constantly meet so many wonderful people in our interviews. If the team, the line manager, and HR are convinced of your suitability and you would like to join us, then we will make you an offer and send you theag .
