Netstream plants 200 trees – another step towards its vision
To mark our 20th anniversary at the end of 2018, we launched our "We Plant Trees" project. We have now fulfilled our promise to plant trees for our new customers and have planted 200 young trees.
Our vision

For example, in the summer of 2018, we decided to modernize the cooling system in our data center and opted for a so-called free coolingag.” “To ensure that our vision doesn’t remain just a vision, but becomes reality, we launched our anniversary campaign, ‘We Plant Trees,’” adds Dominik Breitenmoser, CIO of Netstream.
Our forest has many important functions for everyone. For example, it acts as a CO2 sink, a water reservoir, and also has a cooling effect on the city of Zurich.

Anniversary campaign: "We plant trees"
As part of our 20th anniversary celebrations, we wanted to plant a tree for every new customer who ordered a product from Netstream by the end of February 2019. "Our customers were thrilled with our project, which pleased me personally and our entire #TeamNetstream . Based on the positive feedback, we decided to extend the promotion by one month," said Alexis Caceda, CEO of Netstream AG.
Onag, April 5, 2019, the time had finally come. Our team, with the expert support of the Witikon Wood Corporation, was able to plant a total of 200 trees in the Witikon Forest.
We inherited the forest from our parents and borrowed it from our children.
